Sur Properties was conceived in 2003 selling mainly residential properties in Tenerife and was originally located in Las Chafiras, close to Golf del Sur, but after being purchased by the Clear Blue Skies Group S.L., moved to Fañabé in the very South of Tenerife, where it has evolved into the Budget, Low Cost Tenerife Property and Repossession Division of Clear Blue Skies Group.

Of course no one would want to benefit from other people’s misery, but even in cases of forced possession, it is in the interest of everyone involved to obtain a sale of a property even if it has been effectively repossessed, so we have set up this division and website for the purpose of selling Tenerife properties exclusively in this category.

Tenerife property has escaped relatively lightly from the property disasters elsewhere, but of course no one has escaped unscathed, and there are a number of properties in Tenerife which have to sell, and other properties which the banks have foreclosed on.
